The 2008 NFWL-NRA Bill of Rights essay contest application is available for download. The contest is open to current high school juniors and seniors (Classes of 2008 or 2009). The topic for this year's essay is "The Great Enfranchisement: Women's Suffrage."

NFWL installs Representative Judy Morrison as Chair of the Foundation at the Kansas State Legislature in Topeka, Kansas.
