The National Foundation for Women Legislators has an exciting opportunity for you in Washington, DC! We have arranged with our friends at Comcast to film segments for a weekly series called “Comcast Newsmakers”, where women elected officials can speak about relevant topics and timely issues. These segments are 4 ½ minutes long; short and sweet but enough time to convey a message.
These national segments air across Comcast’s Xfinity On Demand platform, on their website, www.comcastnewsmakers.com and their Youtube and Facebook pages. Select interviews are also inserted on HLN across Comcast’s national footprint and run 1-2 times per day for 1-2 weeks. Approximately two weeks after the taping, you will receive an email that states exactly when and where the segment will be aired. You will receive a copy to post on your website or other social media outlets.
