Commissioner Tiffany Boyle (VA), Councilwoman Victoria Napolitano (NJ), NFWL Chair Senator Donna Kim (HI), Rep. Val Okimoto (HI) team building at our 2019 Annual Conference.
“My favorite part of NFWL is the community we have built and welcoming environment we experience when we bring women together. Every event is like a family gathering, and every time we can create connections across party lines is how we determine our success. Though we are all home during this trying time, we can still connect!”- Senator Donna Kim

NFWL was excited to engage in National Week of Conversation 2020, but the initiative has been postponed in light of this immediate need to serve our neighbors and nation. We know that you are already working together across the aisle to withstand this crisis. We are excited to support our friends at the National Conversation Project on their digital initiative to help bring communities together. By #WeavingCommunity now, we will be a stronger, more genuinely connected society on the other side of the pandemic.
|Senator Katrina Shealy, a member of NFWL’s Board of Directors and a speaker at our last annual conference for her work on ending child marriage in South Carolina, was recently featured by Elysian Magazine. The feature showcases her impressive life, and is a great read. Check it out!|
