|The 2021 Annual Conference will cover a wide variety of issues, and feature elected women from both sides of the aisle across the country. We’ll look at healthcare topics including obesity and focuses on STEM, K-12 education, clean energy perspectives, cyber security, leadership development, and so much more.|
2021 Women of Excellence Honorees
The Elected Women of Excellence Award was created to recognize women who have worked tirelessly, often breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles that once seemed insurmountable, to serve their communities. These pacesetters have engendered an environment where women can now serve in public office and fight for the issues they are passionate about.
It is through this award that we honor these women and their accomplishments.
NFWL is proud to announce our 2021 Elected Women of Excellence Award Honorees.
This award was established in 2013 as part of NFWL’s 75th Anniversary Celebration to commemorate the hard work and dedication of our women leaders from across the country.
|Four outstanding young women who are winners of the NFWL Student Scholarship Contest will be recognized for their perspectives on women’s expanding role in government, as sponsored by our headline partner Pepsi, NEI, AFPM, and Centene.|
These bright young women will attend our conference to experience mentorship, leadership, governance in action, and grow their professional network in addition to receiving a $1,000 scholarship.
