NFWL’s Annual Conference brings together elected women from across the country to the historic Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina to learn and exchange ideas about how to tackle challenging policy issues, engage in civil discourse, and partake in leadership development.

Women of Excellence Awards: Nominations are OPEN!

           
If so, nominate her to receive NFWL’s Women of Excellence Award.
The Elected Women of Excellence Award was created to identify and honor women who have worked tirelessly, often breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles that once seemed insurmountable, to serve their communities. Nominate any elected woman serving on the county, city, or state level who is currently serving in office. Each winner will receive an all expensed paid trip to attend the 2022 Annual Conference in Charleston, South Carolina., November 14-16 where they will receive formal recognition and an award.

2023 Bylaws: Provide Your Insight

It is the policy of the National Foundation for Women Legislators that any provisions of the current bylaws may be altered, amended, or repealed with a two-thirds vote of the NFWL General Membership at the Annual Meeting (Nov. 14 in Charleston, SC)

The Bylaws Committee requests all elected women members of NFWL review the current bylaws and submit any suggested changes to ayushi@womenlegislators.org by
September 1, 2022.
