In this workshop, we’ll focus on Gallup CliftonStrengths® Leadership domains, a critical framework in establishing a healthy team where everyone contributes their best work. Through extensive research, Gallup scientists succeeded in categorizing the themes that define high-performing teams: Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking. Through this workshop, you’ll identify your unique power and area of contribution and learn to recognize where your teammates can shine their brightest.
