Party in the Pavilion: Opening Reception at the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion
We’ll be kicking off our conference in style at the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion. Governor Fallin will welcome us to Oklahoma at a special reception full of old friends and new, live music, and delicious hors d’oeuvres!
Busses will be provided from the Renaissance Hotel to the Mansion. The last bus leaves at 5:30pm and no attendees will be admitted late for security reasons.
Saturday, Sept. 12
Dinner at Remington Park
Saturday night, the Chickasaw Nation invites NFWL conference attendees to the world-renowned Remington Park for dinner and entertainment. Join us Saturday, September 12th, for a lively evening to experience Chickasaw traditions & culture.
Sunday, Sept. 13
Explore OKC
Sunday afternoon/evening, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the attractions of Oklahoma City and enjoy dinner on your own. Shuttles to Bricktown and the Bombing Memorial will be provided. Check out our Explore OKC page to start planning your girls night out!

Karaoke Night
Feel like staying in during our night off? Join us in the Renaissance lobby bar from 8:30-10:00pm for karaoke. Belt out your favorite tune with your new friends or cheer them on as they take the spotlight!
Monday, Sept. 14
Former Congressman J.C. Watts
Former United States Congressman J.C. Watts will be the special guest speaker at lunch, which will also highlight the six winners of the NFWL/NRA Bill of Rights Scholarship Essay Contest.
Elected to the U.S. Congress from the fourth district of Oklahoma in 1994, Watts’s time in office allowed him to author legislation and serve in a critical role for the House Armed Services Committee. He is currently the chairman of J.C.Watts Companies, a multi-industry holding company headquartered in Washington, D.C., with operations in Texas and Oklahoma.
Raffle and Prizes
On our last day of programming, we’ll be raffling off special prizes all day! You could win round trip domestic flights, two nights stay in a fabulous hotel suite, luxury goods, and more! Don’t forget, when you’re making your travel plans, only those present during the drawings Monday will be eligible to win!
