Annual Conference- Workout Classes

NFWL is excited to have Life Time Fitness host a workout class each morning, exclusively for NFWL Annual Conference attendees. Each class will be held at Life Time Fitness Target Center, which is right across the street from the NFWL conference hotel. Class will be from 6:15am to 7:00am.

Wednesday, November 15: Strike Kickboxing

Class Description: Martial arts-inspired stick fighting drills. This athletic kickboxing uses weighted gloves and bars to kick, punch, strike, block and feel like you can do anything.

Thursday, November 16: AMP Indoor Cycle

Class Description: Lights. Lasers. Beats. A rockstar instructor to lift you up, push you on and get you moving together to the music. Find out how fun cycling can be when your workout feels like a party.

Friday, November 17: Surrender Yoga Class

Class Description: Heated Yin-style yoga with long connective tissue stretches and meditative breathing for greater mobility and self-acceptance. In this class, you’ll hold passive yoga poses for a period of time to strengthen flexibility and mobility. Detoxify, stretch, and decompress with a heated class that allows you to equalize effort and energy to release.
