Responding to Sex Trafficking Victim-Offender Intersectionality: A Guide for Criminal Justice Stakeholders

In January of 2020, Shared Hope and the JuST Response Council, along with the Institute to Address Commercial Sexual Exploitation at Villanova Law, released a field guidance: Responding to Sex Trafficking: Victim Offender Intersectionality.

This field guidance was created to support criminal justice stakeholders in appropriately identifying the intersection of trafficking victimization and offending conduct and how to respond to these cases in a trauma-informed, victim-centered manor.
