The Elected Women of Excellence Award was created to identify and honor women who have worked tirelessly, often breaking down barriers and overcoming obstacles that once seemed insurmountable, to serve their communities. This year we have seen the amazing work our elected women have led during these difficult times.
Please take a moment to nominate any elected woman currently serving on the county, city, or state level.Each winner will receive formal recognition and an award and the ability to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join the zoom session on November 12, 2020 at 6pm ET.
Member Spotlight: Delaware Representative Stephanie T. Bolden
The Honorable Stephanie T. Bolden, member of the Delaware House of Representatives, founder of Burton-Phelan Memorial Scholarship Program, and senior citizen and foster care activist has been selected for induction into the Delaware Women’s Hall of Fame for 2020 and 2021. The Hall of Fame of Delaware Women was established in 1981 and is the oldest annual celebration of its kind commemorating Delaware women.
