The Society of Human Resource Management has introduced Together Forward at Work, a call to action to bring racial equity to the workplace. NFWL is proud to join SHRM in this initiative and bring their resources to elected women. To help develop the initiative, we are excited to host digital roundtable discussions based on the Living Room Conversation model to bring together women from across the aisle and across the country to connect on difficult issues and create a more enlightened future.
